Noelle Blackford

ABOUT ME

Noelle went to Bowdoin College in Maine, where she discovered her passion for whitewater during her summers as a student. She guided on the Kennebec and Penobscot rivers for 3 seasons while she completed her degree in psychology. After taking a summer off of whitewater to thru hike the Appalachian Trail with her dog, Noelle moved to the Pacific Northwest to guide on the White Salmon.

During the off season, Noelle is an assistant teacher at Little Oak Montessori school in White Salmon. She loves sharing her love of nature and outdoor adventure with her elementary students. When she’s not teaching or guiding, Noelle loves to enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer with her dog and friends!
