ABOUT ME
Durham started his rafting career in the summer of 2016 on Clear Creek located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. He is the oldest of 6 brothers and grew up skiing in the winter and boating in the summer so the choice of an outdoor career was welcomed and expected. In a professional setting, and wanting to diversify his rafting experience, he then accepted a position on the Arkansas River where he worked for 3 seasons before deciding to expand beyond. Durham now finds himself in his 7th year of professionally raft guiding and 2nd season with Wet Planet, enjoying the lush scenery and famous Husum Falls. Recreationally, he has enjoyed a handful of multi-day trips such as the Gates of Ladore, Desolation Canyon, and Grand Canyon. Durham continuously finds ways to push his experience and skills on and off the job. Another interesting thing about Durham is that he lived in Chile for 2 years where he learned to speak fluent Spanish. Off the river you can catch him on the slopes, rock climbing, or hiking!
