ABOUT ME
Growing up in the rural Methow Valley of north-central Washington, Wyatt spent most of her time outside, backpacking, climbing, and rafting. Whitewater has been part of her life for as long as she can remember, starting on canoe trips as a baby and graduating to rafting at age eight, when she celebrated her birthday by putting in on her first multi-day rafting trip on the Main Salmon.
Wyatt began guiding on her home river, the Methow River, where she spent two seasons learning the art of guiding and sharing the river with guests. While attending Whitman College, where she recently graduated with a degree in Biology, she discovered the White Salmon River and immediately fell in love with its beauty, power, and the incredible community of boaters in the Columbia Gorge. Alongside rafting, she has been slowly trying to build her kayaking skills and is excited to keep progressing on the water. When she’s not guiding, Wyatt loves skiing, climbing, and splashing in new whitewater around the Northwest.
Now joining the team at Wet Planet, Wyatt is excited to spend the season learning from the talented guide community and sharing the thrill of whitewater with guests. Whether she’s navigating rapids or pointing out the incredible ecology of the Gorge, she loves helping people experience the river and everything that makes it special.
