Located in the heart of the Columbia Gorge, The Adventure Lodge is your Base Camp in Hood River. Each room is built with reclaimed materials that create a welcoming space to crash after a long day out on the river, trails, breweries, or wineries. Experience lots of natural light via an open floor plan as well as environmentally-friendly amenities.

THE SPACE

Once the Prater’s Motel, the space was fully renovated over several years and reborn in 2018 as The Adventure Lodge. Rooms are simple and clean. We have some of the best beds in the Gorge, Wi-Fi, 4k Netflix accounts in each room, and private on-site parking.

CHECK-IN

The Adventure Lodge utilizes a keyless, self check-in process. A unique entry code will be provided on the day of check-in. This code auto-changes at check-out for guest security.
